banana yougurt
Home made banana yogurt - is a delicious and natural product and comes in several times cheaper then yougurt from store. 

We need: 

  • 1 liter of milk, 3.5% fat 
  • 100 gr. sugar
  • 1 pot of yogurt to ferment without dyes and preservatives 
  • 1 banana 
How to cook banana yougurt?
Boil the milk and cool it to 30 degrees. Add the sugar in milk, yogurt and chopped banana in a blender. All are thoroughly mixed. Wrap up the pan with a towel and put them in a warm place for 6 hours. Then take the yogurt in the fridge. Since this yogurt without preservatives, keep it only for 4 days. But in our family, he eats a lot faster!
